Berthold Wolf
Berthold Wolf (born February 15, 1874 in Wiesbaden , † August 31, 1946 in Locarno ) was a publishing director and journalist .
After studying dramaturgy , literature and economics in Geneva and Oxford , Wolf was director and dramaturge of the Koblenz Theater . In 1904 he became editor of the Neue Hessischer Volksblatt , in 1907 he became editor of the Chemnitzer Neuesten Nachrichten , where Wolf later even became editor-in-chief. From 1912 he was editor-in-chief at the Leipziger Abendzeitung before moving to the Duisburger General-Anzeiger in 1917 .
In 1935 Wolf emigrated to London. She entered Switzerland in November 1938. At first he stayed in Basel; In 1939 he moved to Ticino, where he died in 1946.
