History and description
The three-storey residential and commercial building was built in the years 1901–1902 according to plans by the architect K. Assmuth. Stylistically, the building belongs to the neo-Gothic style. The corner house is in an exposed position that defines the street space. A polygonal corner bay dominating the corner building is positioned on the first floor above a sloping corner axis . There are high-quality stone carvings in sandstone on the facade . The solid construction has a plain tile mansard roof .
