History and description
The three-storey apartment building was built in 1905. Above the ground floor there is an asymmetrically indicated oriel that merges into a dwelling in the roof . The gable roof has a slate covering .
There is a geometric half-timbered ornament in the gable triangle . The facade is plastered . The cautiously designed window frames and roofs are made of natural stone . The facade is loosened up by different window formats with gallows windows and grooved skylights . In the roof cornice there is a floral decorative frieze .
Monument protection
For architectural, architectural and urban historical reasons, the building is a listed building .
