Beta Gruis (β Gruis) is a star in the constellation Crane . It has an apparent brightness of 2.1 mag and belongs to the spectral class M5 III, which makes it one of the 100 brightest stars in the night sky.

The star was named Tiaki on September 5, 2017 by the IAU .
