Beuvange-sous-Saint-Michel (Lorraine: Biwwénge ) is a district of Thionville , in the Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ).

Other spellings were: Bovenga (1033); Bovingen (1131); Bovange (1606); Bevange-sous-le-Mont-Saint-Michel , Buvange-soubs-Saint-Michel (1718), Beuvange-Saint-Michel (1801); Bevingen in front of Sankt Michel (1871-1918).
In 1811 Beuvange was incorporated into Volkrange , then in 1969 the place was incorporated into Thionville .
