Beverly Michaels

Beverly Michaels (born December 28, 1928 in New York City , † June 9, 2007 in Phoenix , Arizona ) was an American actress .

Life

Beverly Michaels made her film debut opposite Barbara Stanwyck in Lost Game in 1949 . Two years later she played her first leading role in Aufgelesen . Her greatest success was in 1953 in the thriller Hands Off, Johnny! . Michaels withdrew into private life in the mid-1950s.

Beverly Michaels was married to the producer of her first film, Voldemar Vetluguin , from 1949 to 1952 , and later to director and screenwriter Russell Rouse from 1955 until his death . Their son is the film editor Christopher Rouse .

Beverly Michaels died of a stroke.
