District Court Suhl
The District Court of Suhl was a former district court in the GDR with its seat in Meiningen . Predecessor and successor was the district court of Meiningen .
With the Courts Constitution Act of the GDR from 1952, the previous local and regional courts were dissolved and new district courts were established at the district level . They existed until 1990. In the Suhl district, the Suhl district court with its seat in Meiningen was established. In November 1990, it was renamed to the Meiningen District Court.

- District Court of Ilmenau
- District Court Meiningen
- District Court Neuhaus
- District Court Schmalkalden
- District Court of Sonneberg
- District court Suhl
The Supreme Court of the GDR was subordinate to the District Court of Suhl.
