The Frankfurt (Oder) Regional Court ( listen ? / I ) is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of four regional courts in Brandenburg . It is based in Frankfurt (Oder) . President of the regional court is Dr. Andrea Diekmann. Audio file / audio sample

The district courts Bad Freienwalde , Bernau bei Berlin , Eberswalde , Eisenhüttenstadt , Frankfurt (Oder) , Fürstenwalde and Strausberg belong to the judicial district . The district court of Schwedt / Oder has belonged to the district of the district court of Neuruppin since January 1, 2013. The Brandenburg Higher Regional Court is superordinate to the Frankfurt (Oder) regional court .

history

The Regional Court of Frankfurt (Oder) emerged in 1993 from the District Court of Frankfurt (Oder) and has been in a new building with 20 courtrooms on Müllroser Chaussee since 2005.
