District Court Frankfurt (Oder)
The District Court of Frankfurt (Oder) is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and the largest of the seven district courts (AG) in the district of the District Court of Frankfurt (Oder) .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in the independent city of Frankfurt (Oder) in eastern Brandenburg .
The 535 km² judicial district extends to the towns and communities of Falkenhagen (Mark) , Fichtenhöhe , Frankfurt (Oder), Lebus , Lietzen , Lindendorf , Podelzig , Reitwein , Seelow , Treplin , Vierlinden and Zeschdorf . Around 74,000 people live in it.
The AG Frankfurt (Oder) processes insolvency and agricultural matters for the entire district court district and maintains the trade , cooperative , association and partnership register . The district court districts of Frankfurt (Oder), Fürstenwalde and Eisenhüttenstadt have special jurisdiction in foreclosure proceedings .
Dunning procedures are processed by the Wedding District Court as the central dunning court .

The court has been housed together with the regional court in the Müllroser Chaussee 55 building since 2005 .

The Frankfurt (Oder) regional court is superordinate to the Frankfurt (Oder) district court . The competent higher regional court is the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court in Brandenburg an der Havel .
