District Court Bad Freienwalde (Oder)

The district court of Bad Freienwalde (Oder) is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven district courts (AG) in the district of the district court of Frankfurt (Oder) .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in the town of Bad Freienwalde (Oder) in the district of Märkisch-Oderland in the east of Brandenburg .

The 1133 km² judicial district extends to the cities and communities of Alt Tucheband , Bad Freienwalde (Oder), Beiersdorf-Freudenberg , Bleyen-Genschmar , Bliesdorf , Falkenberg , Golzow , Gusow-Platkow , Heckelberg-Brunow , Höhenland , Küstriner Vorland , Letschin , Märkische Höhe , Neuhardenberg , Neulewin , Neutrebbin , Oderaue , Prötzel , Reichenow-Möglin , Wriezen and Zechin . Around 44,800 people live in it.

For insolvency and agricultural matters which is Amtsgericht Frankfurt (Oder) in charge, which is also the commercial , cooperative , association and partnership register leads. Foreclosure and administrative proceedings are handled by the Strausberg District Court . Dunning procedures are processed by the Wedding District Court as the central dunning court .

The court is located in the Victor-Blüthgen-Straße 9 building. The two-storey solid building with a mansard hipped roof, erected in 1910, is a listed building .

The Regional Court of Frankfurt (Oder) is superordinate to the AG Bad Freienwalde (Oder) . The competent higher regional court is the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court in Brandenburg an der Havel .
