history

The community was created on December 31, 2001 through the voluntary amalgamation of the previously independent communities of Batzlow, Reichenberg and Ringenwalde. The older story is the story of the three separate churches.

The three communities belonged from 1817 to 1952 to the district of Oberbarnim in the Prussian province of Brandenburg (1947–1952 in the state of Brandenburg ), 1952–1990 to the district of Strausberg in the GDR district of Frankfurt (Oder) . They were assigned to the Neuhardenberg Office on July 16, 1992 in the course of the formation of offices in Brandenburg. In 1993, the former districts of Bad Freienwalde , Seelow and Strausberg formed the new district of Märkisch-Oderland. The community remained under the administration of the Neuhardenberg Office.
