In addition, there are the Altlietzegöricker Loose, Brieseberg, Neukarlshof and Philippsberg residential areas .

history

In the course of draining the Oderbruch , Neulewin was created as a colonist village with 80 families. The first church was built as a half-timbered church with board cladding and a shingle roof as early as 1774. It was replaced by a new church in 1841, which fell victim to the fighting in the Oderbruch in 1945. Neulewin was part of the Oberbarnim district from 1818 to 1952 . Deviating from this, the current districts of Neulietzegöricke and Güstebieser Loose as well as the districts of Karlshof and Karlsbiese until 1945 belonged to Neumark , which is mainly located to the right of the Oder, today is Polish , to the Königsberg Nm district. In the course of the district reform in 1952 in the GDR, Neulewin came to the Bad Freienwalde district in the Frankfurt / Oder district . After the fall of the Berlin Wall, offices were formed in Brandenburg in 1992 to perform the administrative tasks of the municipalities belonging to the office; Neulewin came under the administration of the Wriezen-Land Office , which was renamed the Barnim-Oderbruch Office in 1994 . With the district reform in 1993, the Barnim-Oderbruch office and with it the Neulewin community came to the Märkisch-Oderland district.

Incorporations

The community Heinrichsdorf was incorporated into Kerstenbruch on January 1, 1957, which was incorporated into Neulewin on March 1, 1974. The municipality of Karlshof was incorporated into Neulietzegöricke on January 1, 1974 and umgemeindet on April 1, 1991 to Neulewin.

On October 26, 2003 Neulewin and Neulietzegöricke merged to form the new municipality of Neulewin. At the same time, the community of Güstebieser Loose was incorporated by law.
