Karlshof was in the 18th century in the area of the village of Güstebiese . It belonged to the Johanniter Commandery in Grüneberg (Neumark). In 1756 the Carlshof Vorwerk was built . In 1799 the estate included ten family houses. In 1837 a prayer room was set up in the school. Before that, a bell cage was erected in 1838, which was dismantled in 1972 because it was dilapidated. In 2003 a new belfry was built for the bell from 1837.
After the Second World War , the manor house was converted into two residential buildings, and the middle part was demolished. In 1952 a type I LPG was founded.
On January 1, 1974, Karlshof was incorporated into the Neulietzegöricke community , but on April 1, 1991 it was spun off again. On October 3, 1991, Karlshof was incorporated into Neulewin. On October 26, 2003, Neulietzegöricke was finally incorporated into Neulewin.
1 km north of Karlshof is a former agricultural airfield operated by Interflug until 1990.
