Fürstenwalde / Spree District Court
The Fürstenwalde / Spree district court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven district courts (AG) in the district of the Frankfurt (Oder) regional court .
Seat and District of the Court
The court is based in the city of Fürstenwalde / Spree in the Oder-Spree district in the east of Brandenburg .
The 1,618 km² judicial district includes the cities and communities Bad Saarow , Beeskow , Berkenbrück , Briesen (Mark) , Diensdorf-Radlow , Erkner , Friedland , Fürstenwalde / Spree, Gosen-Neu Zittau , Grünheide (Mark) , Jacobsdorf , Langewahl , Madlitz- Wilmersdorf , Rauen , Reichenwalde , Rietz-Neuendorf , Schöneiche near Berlin , Spreenhagen , Steinhöfel , Storkow (Mark) , Tauche , Wendisch Rietz and Woltersdorf . Around 128,000 people live in it.
For bankruptcy , foreclosure , receivership and agricultural matters which is Amtsgericht Frankfurt (Oder) in charge, which is also the commercial , cooperative , association , Güterrechts- and partnership register leads. Dunning procedures are processed by the Wedding District Court as the central dunning court .
