District Court of Strausberg
The Strausberg District Court , a court of ordinary jurisdiction , is one of seven District Courts (AG) in the district of the Frankfurt (Oder) Regional Court .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in the unofficial city of Strausberg in the district of Märkisch-Oderland in Brandenburg .
The 638 km² judicial district extends to the cities and communities Altlandsberg , Buckow (Märkische Schweiz) , Fredersdorf-Vogelsdorf , Garzau-Garzin , Hoppegarten , Müncheberg , Neuenhagen near Berlin , Oberbarnim , Petershagen / Eggersdorf , Rehfelde , Rüdersdorf near Berlin , Strausberg and Waldsieversdorf . Around 129,500 people live in it.
In foreclosure proceedings , AG Strausberg is also responsible for the districts of the district courts of Bad Freienwalde (Oder) , Bernau near Berlin and Eberswalde .
Insolvency proceedings are processed by the Frankfurt (Oder) District Court , which also keeps the trade and association registers . Dunning procedures are processed by the Wedding District Court as the central dunning court .
