Bhogaraju Ramana Rao

Bhogaraju Ramana Rao (born in Hyderabad ) is an Indian cardiologist from Bengaluru .

Rao began providing free weekly medical treatments to the impoverished rural Indian population in 1974 . For this charity, which he still pursues, he was awarded the Padma Shri in 2010 .
