Bibersbach is a district of the municipality of Röslau on the northeastern foothills of the Zeitelmoos in the district of Wunsiedel in the Fichtel Mountains .

The village is a good three kilometers southeast of the Röslau community center. The city center of Wunsiedel is two and a half kilometers to the south. The Zeitelmoosbach flows through the settlement and flows into the Röslau as the Bibersbach .

history

In 1499 the village was named "Pipersbach" and a mill already existed. Until 1826, the road between Wunsiedel and Hof ran through the settlement. As a result of the second parish edict, Bibersbach became part of the parish of Grün in 1818 . In 1966 the village was finally incorporated into Röslau.
