The Bierberg nature reserve is a nature reserve in the Lippe district with a size of around 31.6  hectares .

The area with the number LIP-048 is named after the Bierberg south of Lügde , on the western and partly northern slopes of which the nature reserve is located. The name of this beer mountain, which rises on the southeastern edge of the Pyrmont valley basin, is seen as a reinterpretation of the older name "Pirreberg".

The area was placed under protection for the preservation, development and restoration of habitats of rare, endangered and landscape-typical animal and plant species.

In particular, semi- arid limestone lawns , bushes in dry and warm locations, thermophilic perennial borders and poor pastures are protected.
