Pictorial figure
Pictorial figures denote a part of the stylistic devices or rhetorical devices . These are stylistic devices that use a substitute name instead of a name. Two types of figurative figures can be distinguished:
- Tropus (Greek, plural tropics) - The term is replaced by a more figurative one.
- Speech images - These enable a clearer representation of a situation.
A one hundred percent separation of the two areas is not possible here.
