Bill Bowler (born August 14, 1986 ) is an American biathlete and cross-country skier .

Since 2005 Bill Bowler has participated in international races such as the Nor-Am Cup , the US Super Tour , FIS races and national championships in cross-country skiing. Notable finishes in the top 15 reached Bowler since 2007, results in the top ten since 2008. His breakthrough came in the biathlon in the 2008-09 season , when he was in Jericho in a mass start third in a race of the biathlon NorAm Cup was . In Presque Isle he won his first sprint race, two more second places followed by the end of the season. Behind Jesse Downs , he finished second in the overall standings. In 2009 he won the sprint title at the US championships.

The 2009/10 season was also quite successful. Bowler finished sixth in the overall standings of the Biathlon NorAm Cup 2009/10 , and achieved podium positions in two races. At the North American Championships in Biathlon 2010 in Fort Kent , he won the bronze medal in the sprint and narrowly missed another medal in fourth place in the pursuit. At the same time, it was the US championships in which he was third in the sprint and the pursuit.
