Bill Harriott

William "Bill" Harriott (born July 4, 1958 in Windsor , Ontario , † March 21, 2011 in Calgary , Alberta ) was a Canadian ski racer .

Harriott, who had an arm amputation, was a member of the Canadian national team between 1986 and 2003 and took part in seven Winter Paralympics , first as a skier and later as a companion for Christopher Williamson . At the 2002 Winter Paralympics in Salt Lake City won Williamson and Harriott gold.

Harriott was married and had two children. He died on March 21, 2011 as a result of a heart attack .
