Bill Milner
William Henry "Bill" Milner (born March 4, 1995 in Surrey , England ) is a British actor . He is known for his roles as Will Proudfoot in The Son of Rambow , as a young Magneto in X-Men: First Decision and as Tom in iBoy . Since 2007 he has appeared in more than two dozen film and television productions.
