The Billard Club Frankfurt 1912 e. V. is a billiards sports club in Frankfurt-Bergen-Enkheim . Its club rooms are located at Borsigallee 45 (across from Hessen-Center ). It offers its members carom , pool and snooker tables to play with.

history

The club was created in its current form in 1984 through the merger of three clubs, BC Frankfurt (founded around 1890, but not documented), BC Westend in 1912 and the Schwanheimer Billardclub from 1968. When the "German Amateur Billard Association" was founded (today Deutsche Billard-Union ), on April 18, 1911 BC Frankfurt was one of the five founding members. In the 2008/09 season the club was represented in the 1st Bundesliga three- cushion, since then in the 2nd Bundesliga three-cushion. In addition to carom and are now billiards and snooker operated. The premises of the BC Frankfurt are also made available to the Hessian Billiards Association as a state performance center .
