The Bilyar Point (English; Bulgarian нос Биляр nos Biljar ) is a 350 m long, rounded and non-iced headland on the north coast of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located northwest of Rotch Dome , 3 km southwest of Rowe Point , 4.5 km east-northeast of Lair Point and 1.7 km northeast of Nedelya Point in the southwest section of Ivanov Beach .
British scientists mapped it in 1968. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2006 after the medieval city of Biljar , capital of the Volga Bulgarians in the 12th and 13th centuries .
