The Binders nunatakker are two small nunatakkers made of light-colored rock in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . They tower 60 km north of Mount Scherger in the southern part of the Prince Charles Mountains .
They were mapped using aerial photographs from 1956 to 1960, which were taken as part of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions . The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) named it after the fictional expedition leader from the novel The Ascent of the Rum Doodle by the British writer William Ernest Bowman from 1956.
