architecture
These are parts of a former four-winged brick courtyard from 1841. The residential building with the adjoining gate entrance and the adjacent cross barn to the southwest are protected . The two-storey house is built in eleven axes and has sandstone sills. Above the entrance there is a gate wedge with the corresponding date .
Despite minor changes, these parts of the courtyard have retained their original appearance. These courtyard parts meet the requirements of § 2 DSchG NW for entry in the list of monuments . They are important for human history as a cultural and historical testimony to the working and living conditions in the 19th century and for cities and settlements in the sense of local history. There are scientific, here architectural and settlement-historical reasons for their preservation and use.
