The building at Bismarckstrasse 56 in Bismarckstrasse in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-281 .

history

The property is one with bay windows equipped Satteldachbau hillside. It was built in 1912/13 under the Bad Kissingen architect Leonhard Ritter in the Heimat style . With the bay windows, however, there are also elements of Art Nouveau , whereby the strongly geometrical structure expresses its late phase shortly before the First World War .

Originally used as a home for Dr. The building built by Heinrich Steinbach was later converted into a Kurvilla.
