Bishopric of Bengbu
The Chinese diocese of Bengbu (lat. Dioecesis Pampuvensis ) was a mission of the Jesuits and was consequently founded on February 21, 1926 by Pius XI. to the Apostolic Vicariate and on April 11, 1946 by his successor Pius XII. raised to the diocese .
The only bishops were the Jesuits Tommaso Berutti (1929–1933) and Cipriano Cassini (1936–1951).
