The Diocese of Tinos ( lat. : Dioecesis Tinensis ) was one in Greece located Roman Catholic diocese based in Tinos .

history

The diocese of Tinos was established in the 9th century. On June 3, 1919, the diocese of Tinos was by Pope Benedict XV. dissolved with the papal bull Quae rei sacrae and the territory was annexed to the Archdiocese of Naxos .

The diocese of Tinos was subordinate to the Archdiocese of Naxos as a suffragan .
