Bjørg Eva Jensen (born February 15, 1960 in Larvik ) is a former Norwegian speed skater .

She is the only Norwegian who won gold in speed skating at the Olympic Games. Jensen won the 1980 Olympic Games over 3000 meters. She then won the Norwegian Sportswoman of the Year , the Morgenbladet gold medal and the Fearnleys olympiske ærespris . Four years later, she returned to the Games in Sarajevo and was unable to defend her title with 7th place. At these Olympic Games she was the flag bearer of the Norwegian team at the opening ceremony.
