The Blésois is a natural region in France with the city of Blois in the Loir-et-Cher department in the center. Its inhabitants are also known as Blésois. In the historical context, the Blésois was part of the Orléanais province .

This natural region is located in the center of the Loir-et-Cher department, and the city of Blois gives it its name. With the Val de Loire orléanais , the Val de Loire tourangeau , the Saumurois and the Val d'Anjou , it forms the Val de Loire region .
