The Resolution 672 of the UN Security Council is a resolution that the United Nations Security Council unanimously decided at its 2948th meeting, on 12 October 1990th After reaffirming UN Security Council Resolutions 476 (1980) and 478 (1980), the Council expressed concern about the unrest on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem in 1990, which resulted in the death of more than 20 Palestinians and the injury of more than 150 people including Palestinian civilians and believers led.

The Council also condemned the actions of the Israeli security forces and called on Israel to honor its legal obligations under the Fourth Geneva Convention . Resolution 672 also authorized a mission to be sent to the region to investigate the incident and reported by the end of October 1990.
