Blade Ridge (roughly translated: blade ridge ) is a rocky and up to 575 m high mountain ridge at the northeast end of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is characterized by three peaks and forms the northwest face of the Depot Glacier at the head of Hope Bay on the Trinity Peninsula .
It was discovered during the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901–1903) under the direction of the polar explorer Otto Nordenskjöld . The descriptive naming was carried out by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey after a survey of the area in 1945.
