District Court Trostberg

The District Court of Trostberg was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1810 to 1879 and was based in Trostberg in what is now the district of Traunstein . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1810, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the district court Trostberg was established. This was added to the Isar district, whose capital was Munich .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Trostberg District Court was set up, its district consisting of the entire district of the Trostberg District Court , which was repealed at the same time, with the locations Albertaich , Altenmarkt an der Alz , Breitbrunn am Chiemsee , Chiemsee , Eggstätt , Emertsham , Engelsberg , Gstadt am Chiemsee , Kienberg , Kirchstätt , Oberfeldkirchen , Obing , Pittenhart , Rabenden , Schnaitsee , Seebruck , Seeon , Stein an der Traun , Tacherting , Trostberg and Waldhausen along with the municipalities of Heiligkreuz and Lindach, which were handed over by the Tittmoning district court .
