The house Blasiistraße 28 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located at the southern entrance of a small alley belonging to Blasiistraße, which leads from Blasiistraße to Hohe Straße to the north. A little further to the east is the Quedlinburg market square. The building is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed in the Quedlinburg monument register as a community courtyard. The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Blasiistraße 27 to the north .

Architecture and history

The large, half-timbered house in the courtyard was built by Martin Lange in 1689 according to a building inscription . The inscription M. MARTIN LANGE ZIMMERMAN refers to him . To the south, the appearance is characterized by a wide half-timbered gable. The upper floors protrude. The house is covered by a half-hip roof .

In the yard there is a small extension and a stable building.
