The brick courtyard at Blausteinstrasse 8 is in the Glehn district in Korschenbroich in the Rhine district of Neuss in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The building was built in the 18th century and entered the list of architectural monuments in Korschenbroich under no. 177 on February 14, 1991 .

It is a four-winged brick courtyard from the 18th century. The house is two-storey in 2: 8 axes and has sandstone walls with basket arches . The barn wings are from 1854 ( dating in Torkeilstein ).

Despite minor changes overall, this courtyard has retained its original appearance. This courtyard complex meets the requirements of § 2 DSchG NW for entry in the list of monuments . It is important for human history as a cultural-historical testimony to the working and living conditions in the 18th century and for cities and settlements in the sense of local history. There are scientific, here architectural and settlement-historical reasons for their preservation and use.
