It stands at the eaves on the southwest side of Bleckenburgstrasse in the Magdeburg district of Buckau . Bleckenburgstrasse 10 , which is also a listed building and has a symmetrical appearance, borders to the south .
Architecture and history
The three-and-a-half to four-story plastered house was built around 1900 in the neo-Gothic style . Above the four-storey part there was originally a wide tail gable , which, unlike on the neighboring building at Bleckenburgstrasse 10, has not been preserved. The nine-axis facade is simply designed and structured with plaster strips. The window openings are decorated with curtain arches.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 82596 .
As part of the Wilhelminian style street row, the residential building is considered significant in terms of urban planning and formative for the street scene.
