The Bleckenburgstraße 10 building is a listed residential building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It stands at the eaves on the southwest side of Bleckenburgstrasse in the Magdeburg district of Buckau . Bleckenburgstrasse 8 , which is also a listed building and has a symmetrical appearance, borders to the north . Bleckenburgstrasse 12 is to the southeast .
Architecture and history
The three and a half to four storey plastered building was built around 1900 in the neo-baroque style . The eight-axis representative facade has rustication on the ground floor . On the first floor, the bel étage , the window parapets are provided with balusters in the two outer axes . The left four-storey part has a tail gable that has not been preserved on the neighboring building, Bleckenburgstrasse 8.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 82595 .
As part of the Wilhelminian style street row, the residential building is considered significant in terms of urban planning and formative for the street scene.
