The villa is located in the rural area of the Windberg district. The two-storey residential building with a crooked hip roof and an extended attic is constructed in a romanticizing design based on castle architecture.

On the street side, the facade gable is flanked on the left by a powerful, round oriel tower shape, which has a double curved tower cone covered with slate . To the left of it a bay-like extension to the side, which contains the house entrance on the ground floor; upstairs two windows over the entrance. The right side of the street gable of the facade is formed by a group of three windows each on the ground floor and first floor. The facade is smoothly plastered, but the plastered surface is designed with rough plaster over a half-timbered imitation of the second floor with a horizontal cornice .
