The Blessing Bluff is a cliff in East Antarctica Victoria Land . It rises at the eastern end of the Staeffler Ridge above the Wilson Piedmont Glacier and is 10.5 km west of Spike Cape .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the cliff in 1976 after Commander George R. Blessing, head of the United States Navy support units in the Antarctic winter of 1973 at McMurdo Station .
