Focus on Sport Bavaria
Blickpunkt Sport Bayern (until December 2013 Sport in Bavaria , then until April 2016 Blickpunkt Sport regional ) was a regular sports program of the Bavarian Radio , which was broadcast every Sunday evening on BR television . Until August 2013, Sport in Bavaria was broadcast as an independent program directly after the magazine program Blickpunkt Sport . On August 11, 2013, however , sport in Bavaria was integrated into the program Blickpunkt Sport am Sonntag. In January 2014, the program was renamed Blickpunkt Sport Regional , but remained regionally split into northern and southern Bavaria, and was seen on Bavarian television from 10:50 p.m. to 11 p.m. From February 7, 2016, there was no longer any regional splitting, but the moderation continued to alternate between the studio in Munich and the Studio Franken in Nuremberg . As part of the program reform of BR television in April 2016, the main program Blickpunkt Sport was postponed to Monday. Since then, the 15-minute regional program has always been broadcast from Studio Franken on Sundays at 10:20 p.m. and has also been renamed Blickpunkt Sport Bayern .
In Focus Sport Bavaria were u. a. Games from lower soccer leagues or women's soccer, basketball, handball, ice hockey in the DEL , a lot of winter sports and mostly also many fringe sports that are otherwise not seen on television are shown and the latest sports results from Sunday are summarized.
The program Blickpunkt Sport Regional was a so-called splitting program on Bavarian television until January 2016, as it was divided into two regions with different programs: for the north of Bavaria from the Studio Franken in Nuremberg (reception via Bayerische Fernsehen Nord ) and for the south Bayerns from the studio in Munich (reception via Bavarian Television South ). Thus, in the two different versions, there was more coverage of regional sporting events, which made it possible to set different priorities for northern and southern Bavaria.
The show Blickpunkt Sport Bayern was moderated by Julia Büchler , Andrea Otto, Lambert Dinzinger , Florian Eckl, Charly Hilpert , Tom Meiler, Markus Othmer , Michael Sporer and Dominik Vischer .
Blickpunkt Sport Bayern was an offshoot of the Blickpunkt Sport family on BR TV. On July 9, 2017, the last broadcast was broadcast live by Challenge Roth . Regional sports content will in future be included in the main program Blickpunkt Sport with Sports from Bavaria on Sundays from 9.45 p.m.
