The Berlin-Köpenick block -type thermal power station is a block -type thermal power station based on the principle of combined heat and power in the Köpenick district .

History and location

The client was Bewag . The oil and gas-fired power plant was first put into operation in 1994 and has an electrical output of 10 MW and a thermal output of 50 MW. It has been operated by Vattenfall Europe AG since the 2010s .

The modern heating and power plant is located at Wendenschloßstraße 176.
