Blue Bell is a census-designated place in Whitpain Township, Montgomery County in the southeastern US state of Pennsylvania .

Renamed in 1840 after an inn of the same name in Pigeontown in Blue Bell, it was ranked 14th on the list of places to live in the United States in 2005.
