The Blumentopfmoor is a moor near Drei Annen Hohne , a village that belongs to Wernigerode in the Harz district in Saxony-Anhalt and is on the edge of the Harz National Park in the source area of the Holtemme .

Since 2005, the 19 hectare moor, which was already heavily dried out, has been renatured through rewetting measures. The groundwater level has been raised in recent years; first signs point to a regeneration of the bog. Peat moss and cotton grass are settling again on the areas that were previously used for forestry. Typical dragonfly species such as the alpine emerald dragonfly and the arctic emerald dragonfly , which rely on intact bogs, are increasing again.
