Bożena Sławiak

Bożena Maria Sławiak (born May 28, 1948 in Sulęcin ) is a Polish politician of the Platforma Obywatelska ( Civic Platform )

She studied at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and graduated with a master's degree in education . She worked in a library and later in an after-school care center. Later she became a member of the city council and also of the district. In 1980 she became a member of the Polish United Workers' Party ( PZPR ) and stayed that way for two years. In the early parliamentary elections in 2007 , she entered constituency 8 Zielona Góra and was able to win a seat for the Sejm with 8942 votes . She was the Starost of the Sulęciński Powiat and a member of the Sejmik of the Lubusz Voivodeship .
