Bob Dartsch
Robert "Bob" Dartsch (born July 7, 1944 , † October 16, 2012 ) was a Belgian jazz and blues musician ( drums , also vibraphone ).
Live and act
Dartsch played in the Belgian jazz and blues scene with American musicians such as Bud Freeman , Bill Coleman , Benny Waters , Albert Nicholas , Memphis Slim , Blind John Davis , Al Copley and Bill Willis . In the 1970s he played in the art rock band Cos ( Postaeolian Train Robbery ); later he was a long-time member of Renaud Patigny and His Blue Devils and Marc Herouets Buster & The Swing . Dartsch, who participated in eight recording sessions in the field of jazz between 1973 and 1992, died in October 2012. He also accompanied Toots Thielemans , Two Man Sound and Robert Cogoi .
