Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) or Bombardier Produits Récréatifs is a Canadian company based in Valcourt ( Le Val-Saint-François ) that manufactures various land and water vehicles and their engines .

BRP was spun off from Bombardier in 2003 and bought as an independent company by the Bombardier family and a group of investors.

Brands

The Austrian subsidiary BRP-Powertrain manufactures engines for aircraft , snowmobiles, ride-on boats, quads and motorcycles under the Rotax brand .
