Le Val-Saint-François is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Estrie and consists of 18 subordinate administrative units (three cities, eight municipalities, three cantonal municipalities, two villages and two districts). The MRC was founded on May 26, 1982. The main town is Richmond . The population is 29,182 and the area is 1395.1 km², which corresponds to a population density of 20.9 inhabitants per km².
