Le Haut-Saint-François is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Estrie and consists of 14 subordinate administrative units (three cities, eight municipalities and three cantonal municipalities). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Cookshire Eaton . The population is 21,820 and the area 2271.0 km², which corresponds to a population density of 9.6 inhabitants per km².
