Coaticook is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It is located in the administrative region of Estrie and consists of twelve subordinate administrative units (two cities, nine municipalities and one cantonal municipality). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1982. The main town is Coaticook . The population is 18,536 and the area is 1339.1 km², which corresponds to a population density of 13.8 inhabitants per km².
